Refund and Cancellation

Refund Policy

This refund policy governs the refund process for the subscriptions to legal document services provided by Lazytech (“company”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Monthly Subscription

Cancellation: if you have purchased a monthly subscription, you may cancel your subscription within 30 days by contacting LazyTech through any media platform. Upon Cancellation, your auto-pay feature will be shut off, and you will not be charged for subsequent months.
Refund: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. However, upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

Yearly Subscription

Cancellation: If you have purchased a yearly subscription, you may cancel at any time by contacting LazyTech through any media portal. Upon cancellation, your auto-pay feature will be shut off, and you will not be charged for subsequent years.
Refund: If you cancel your yearly subscription fees are non-refundable. However, upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, which is one year from the date of the initial subscription. You will not be charged for the subsequent year.

Cancellation Policy

Term and Termination:

The initial term of this Agreement shall commence upon subscription activation and continue for the duration specified in the chosen subscription plan.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. In case of termination by the Subscriber, no refunds shall be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation.
Prices may be altered with a 30-day notice provided in writing or electronically through any media platform.

Trial Period

Cancellation During Trial Period: Customers are entitled to a refund if they choose to cancel their subscription within the trial period, typically lasting 1-week duration, 7 days, from the date of the initial subscription

Cancellation After Trial Period

Monthly Subscription: If you have purchased a monthly subscription, cancellation after the trial period will result in their termination at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent month.

Yearly Subscription: If you have purchased a yearly subscription, cancellation after the trial period will result in the termination of your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle, which is one year from the date of the initial subscription. You will not be charged for the subsequent year.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription after the trial period, you must notify LazyTech by contacting them through any media platform. Your cancellation request must be received before the end of the trial period or before the end of the current billing cycle, as applicable.
