Introduction
Welcome to LazyTech! By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service. ANY CHANGES TO THESE TERMS WILL APPLY IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING. Your continued use of the services after Updated Terms are posted to the services constitutes your acceptance to be bound by any changes.

Payment

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated.

Subscription and Billing
The services operate on a subscription model. By subscribing to the services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as described on your pricing.
You subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription at least 30 days prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any remaining days in the current billing cycle.
Payment for the subscription fees will be processed automatically using the payment method provided by you. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees using the selected payment method.
Services Provided
The services provided by LazyTech are outlined in your contract. Any additional services beyond the scope of your purchase will require an additional upgrade and may be subject to additional fees.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through email. What constitutes a material change will be determine at our sold discretion.
